Icon Box Title Hover Settings

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

The Icon Box widget has hover settings for the Icon only. When the icon is left aligned, the title is the more natural element to hover over but there are no hover settings for the Title.

Describe the solution you'd like.

It would be great if the title could either have it's own hover settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

There aren't really any text elements that offer have hover settings. I thought about constructing my own version of an "icon box" with containers, icons, headers and text elements. But the "header" element doesn't have hover options.

https://www.claytsch.com/cv/ > click on "Portfolio" to see how I'm using these. Most of the icon boxes are links but it's unclear because when you hover over the title, only the cursor changes.
