ClamAV as antivirus

#24 is looking for an antivirus option and ClamAV is an open-source option.

ClamAV is used in OBS (SUSE/openSUSE build system) and Koji (Fedora/RHEL build system).

I think that I was reading about ClamAV a few months ago. If we consider some of the alternatives, I would like at least to see how the design idea would work for them.

The draft idea for the initiative was that we want that every file (except video?) that gets uploaded through the LMS, before being available to the users to get verified through AV check. It means what, it probably must be stored in some isolated place before being submitted to the production... maybe?

What would be the process here? Do you remember @arianerocha? I think that you were the one that suggested this flow.
