Programs listed in the IMSAI Manual

I've been reading through the IMSAI manual and am wondering if anyone (surely so) has typed in all of the included source code into text files for download somewhere?

I tried using several free online OCR sites as well as tesseract, and the accuracy wasn't bad. Some editing was still required, however. If there is one particular program you're interested in, I'll do my best to produce a text file.

I have been just typing them in as I go, I'm just surprised there's not a place that has these already :) As I get these input, does anyone have any good ideas about where to host them?
