1D Hald CLUTs for gamma curve transformations only

Apps like LUT Buddy have a very useful option to read and generate 1D Hald CLUTs with 1024 or 4096 points resolution. Useful for precision 1D LUTs with gamma only curve transformations. I can suggest to add same functionality to Lattice.
