TODO

  • migrate benchmarks to the v2 format
  • use SlashedAndDeregistered in slash_and_deregister + add assert to the slash_and_deregister benchmark
  • add slash_destination to the SlashedAndDeregistered
  • remove #![warn(missing_docs)] and fix if needed
