Adding another example

I've been working on various models using Equinox and was wondering if you would be inclined to have more examples in the documentation of various implementations ?

I've built this : https://github.com/TugdualKerjan/hifigan-jax. If I understand correctly I need to do a pull request with the various modifications to the documentation ?

This library deserves x10 the exposure 🥳

I'd quite like to have these examples, yes! I think the way I'd like to do this is to have one of our examples pages be an 'awesome list' that links to all the relevant projects.

If you'd like to create such a page in the docs (including both current examples and your own project) then I'd be happy to take a PR!
