Building android

Hi guys I can't seem to build android it throws errors. Not so sure how I'm supposed to fix them. any idea somebody?

I just happen to fix that error by running cordova build android instead of ionic cordova build android. I however have a new problem. It has something to do with minimum sdk failing to merge.
