Checkbox not working when there's a tooltip on a facet

In the Search Interface facets, once a value has a “I” tooltip function (i.e. once there is text added to the Comments field in the CMS), the checkbox can now no longer be clicked to activate it, and only by clicking on the “I” can you select/deselect it. Values without the “I” tooltip are still activated via the checkbox, as they should be. All values should be selectable/deselectable via the checkbox, for consistent behaviour.
