Archive Authorization Agent

Develop an agent that takes all of the active (see below) addresses in a template, resolves IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and writes the authorization configuration for the archiver.

By "active," only the address which are part of groups that are referred to by tasks should be included to keep the footprint of authorizations down to the minimum necessary.
