Cosmetic issue with display of bandwidth for 100Gbit nodes

As you see from the image, the default config for the host metrics has two issues:

• 100.0 Gb/s should be displayed, but the box is too small (10.0Gb/s works fine)
• Only IPv4 addresses are shown
