Review Speech Synthesis behavior with Screen Reader

As we start to flesh out the pdom and add in accessible names and help text it is important to analyze how the screen is handling those pdom elements along with Speech Synthesis. I will send this issue over to @terracoda once we start digging into #49 in more depth.
