🌱 만들고자 하는 기능

전체 알림을 조회하되 읽음 여부도 같이 내려주기(/unread API는 삭제, 전체 개수는 필요 없음)
댓글 좋아요만 중복 알림 발생하지 않게 하기
본인이 쓴 글에 본인이 알림 대상이 되지 않게 수정하기
