I would like to use your app further but it doesn't proceed ahead of Configuration Activity

Currently, the backend is not ready and hosted yet. Thus for now, this backend repository can be made to run in your private network for development purpose and the IP address of this host along with the port needs to be specified in the app.
Format is IPAddress:Port
Further for setting up backend for development refer this issue.
