when I am running this script FATAL ERROR message is coming and pointwise stopped working. can anyone please suggest me what is the issue

It's very hard to say without knowing more information (e.g., what version of Pointwise you're running).

Please contact support@pointwise.com with this issue, and be prepared to provide your Customer ID and other information including Pointwise version, platform, etc.
