PyDAT (+ others): While various dialogs are open, clicking on the main window does not bring them to top

In PyDAT, opening MPQ Settings, clicking the add MPQ button, and then alt-tabbing onto the main window and clicking on it does not bring the MPQ Settings or the Add MPQ dialog to the top of open programs. Considering you can't actually do anything in PyDAT until the settings and import dialogs are closed, this feels like a UI issue.
