Fresh install breaking on first upgrade

Fresh install of LTS:
https://pop-iso.sfo2.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/20.04/amd64/intel/35/pop-os_20.04_amd64_intel_35.iso

Related Application and/or Package Version (run apt policy $PACKAGE NAME):
LibreOffice Impress

Issue/Bug Description:
This problem appears in 3 different installations of PopOS (different hardware).

After I install the PopOS 20.04 LTS with a fresh installation and I try to upgrade the softwares via POP Shop first time, one of them (LibreOffice Impress probably) breaks the installation and I need to restart the computer.

After restarting, everything appears to be normal.

Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Do a PopOS 20.04 LTS fresh install and try to upgrade all software via Pop shop.

Expected behavior:
When I try to upgrade all softwares the first time, nothing will break.
