Pre-requisites.

1. Please install and use python version 3.6.X.
2. Go to the project folder <SusanLi> in the terminal and run the pip command given below.
    pip install -r requirements.txt
  It will install the required libraries.
2. Explore.py is the main class here. It has the main(__main__) method in it.
3. ReadData.py reads the data.json and does a simple tag/post extraction and writes into zendeskData.csv.
