Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

i nned to check if certain package is installed on server similarly to https://docs.pyinfra.com/en/2.x/facts/deb.html#deb-debpackage

Describe the solution you'd like

if possible add AptPackages & AptPackage facts

https://docs.pyinfra.com/en/3.x/facts/deb.html#deb-debpackage is still available; does it not work in your environment for some reason?
