Pagination options

Description

At the moment, pagination for listings shows the current page number and up to two pages either side. It would be nice to have slightly more control over this. For example, it would be very helpful to be able to have a button for the first/last page to always be present — at the moment trying to navigate to the last page of a ~20 page listing takes a lot of clicks!

This should be customisable in the EJS listing templates.

Or maybe you are asking to add YAML options for the default listings?

I'm currently using the default listing templates, so a YAML option would be easiest, and I think useful to people in general, since the default listing templates are pretty solid.

If there's a simple way to customise this in EJS though, it would be useful as a workaround. I just know that it's a bit complicated to try to create a new custom template based on one of the existing ones (#5837)

Hum, actually, the pagination is styled with Bootstrap but performed by list.js.

If pagination takes a list of values, it should take them all.

I'm not sure there is a workaround here as far as my JavaScript expertise goes.
Even without adding parameters, I think the default should set outerWindow: 1.
