For the atomic test T1072 PDQ Deploy rat the url resource given in prerequisites i.e. "https://download.pdq.com/release/19/Deploy_19.3.350.0.exe" does not exist and thus leads to an error. The prerequisite command line should be replaced to mention that the pdq site requires a signup before the download of its executable.
