Operator is currently running in a deployment but looking for the v4-0-config-system-router-certs secret in the openshift-authentication namespace but when I create it, it says not found. I am guessing this is due to the the fact that it is in the process of scaling down but can never quite do it. I worry that if I Delete the deployment or replica sets, which would enable me to create the secret, it would take down authentication and this not something that is tracked in git as it is run at a openshift system level.
