Lock screen option in youtube player still enables changes to volume and brightness when swiping up or down while playing a video.

Is there a way to disable swiping gesture for volume and brightness when locking screen in youtube player or else it is just a missing feature that those gestures still work after locking screen in youtube revanced?
In my opinion "lock screen" option should disable the swiping gestures on screen when turned on.
