Adds a configuration option to hide disabled entities in the popup, if that's something you'd like.

I've added two new configuration options:

• An option for showing sprinkler start/stop controls in the card, regardless of whether the sprinkler is running
• An option for embedding an input_number entity in the card to adjust the run duration
