#Carbon Emitter implementation using gevent and asyncio

Usage:

    from graphite import get_carbon

    # returns a CarbonEmitter object implementation in Gevent for python < 3.5 or asyncio for python > 3.4
    
    carbon = get_carbon(**kwargs)
