Doesn't work in Ember 3.04? #33

After upgrading our app from 2.18 to 3.04, our app no longer runs due to

Error: Could not find module ember imported from ember-cli-data-export/services/csv

This issue suggests it's because ember-cli-data-export lists ember-cli as a devDependency, rather than a dependency (or possibly because it needs to be updated to the latest version??)
