When I use the QNEAT functions directly from the Toolbox, in order to create an "OD Matrix from Layers as Lines (m:n)", it takes about 8 minutes. However if I use the same algorithm "OD Matrix from Layers as Lines (m:n)" from the Processing Modeling, it takes about 10 times that (80-90 minutes).
