Staff adopter applications: Add pet avatar in the adopter applications index

Log in as staff and go to adopter applications page. You will see an index of pets, with its adopter applications.

Please add the pet avatar next to the pet name. This should display the initials if no pet images, or the image if there are pet images. Please see how we use this component in other places e.g., the staff pet index table. This avatar should also be clickable to go to the pet show page, like the pet name is.
