This comes from an issue already reported njh/twolame#100.
This SWF file (remove .txt extension) shows the issue.

Sound duration (in both Flash and Ruffle) are right from the MP3 file generated with lame from http://soundbible.com/grab.php?id=2008&type=wav (direct download to WAV file).
The sound duration is wrong (almost half duration) when the MP3 file is generated with twolame.
I know this isn’t a Ruffle issue, but what is the wrong information that should be corrected in the MP3 conversion with twolame?
