command rust-analyzer.runSingle not found

I apologise if this is a duplicate ticket, but I cannot seem to find any reports on this issue.

Whenever I try to use one of the buttons provided by the Rust extension to either run or debug the code, it either cannot find rust-analyzer.runSingle or rust-analyzer.debugSingle.

If I enable/install the Rust Analyzer extension from the marketplace, I get two sets of those buttons, but they both work now.

I recorded a screencast to demonstrate the issue. Since GitHub tickets do not support video files, I had to use a file sharing service.
