unable to add a custom adlist #1419
Comments
Greetings and welcome to our community! As this is the first issue you opened here, we wanted to share some useful infos with you:
|
did you paste in the url or the path to the document local on your device? Custom Filter lists are only local and not remote also the list you want to add is already part of Portmaster by default see: |
Thanks. So, there's no way for me to import a custom remote URL then? Anyway, that's just my thoughts. |
Portmaster automatically updates all lists in https://github.com/safing/intel-data/blob/master/lists/sources.yml multiple times a day as well and distributes the updates to all Portmaters automatically so your list is already in there, and it already gets updated automatically. if you have other lists you like us to add pleas let us know and we look into adding them to the suite of block lists included in Portmaster. We do the work that AdGuard and Pi-Hole make you do... so less work for all 😁 |
