What happened:
In the Network Monitor tip there's a button to 'Take the tour', however it doesn't work. When you click it, the blurred background changes to the Netwrok Monitor screen, but no tour appears.
What did you expect to happen?:
A separate tour/tip pops up on the right side, similar to the 'Per-app settings' tour.
How did you reproduce it?:
Click the 'i' button in the top-left corner of the screen (under the Portmaster logo/shield icon)
Click 'Next' in the popup tips twice to get to the 'Network monitor' tip
Click the 'Take the tour' button
The background changes, but no tour/tips appear

We are restructuring our co debase into a mono-repo where all Portmaster components will live happily together.
This issue has been moved due to this restructure.
