Data input/ Data output - delete issue

Please see the video.
When I keep on deleting the data inputs some times it doesn't delete and instead just the name get deleted.
Alex mentioned about this same issue for data outputs.

Also after a certain time the Editor Save button get disabled as you can see in the video.

But if I refresh the model then all the data inputs are deleted from the model.
