Describe the problem

both side buffer share the same scratchpad definition, see 2. in #207.

Describe the solution

each side buffer can have their own scratchpad definition, while still allowing a global common one as it is today.

This PR allow the user to provide a scratchpad definition per side
buffer, in order to allow them to open file from different location on
both sides.
