Isn't this already possible with the increase/decrease buttons for the axes?

Yes but only for knobs, SOI slew, brakes etc currently
TwoAxis goes to 50% in TriquetraInput, currently BYO only goes to 25% in the GUI at least.
ran into this same issue since Z on xbox controllers is now one axis instead of one per trigger.
