Duplicate cms when yaml file is edited and pod restarted in k8s

New configmap is created when pod is restarted in k8s

Steps to reproduce:
After bringing up siddhi operator and a siddhi app, restart or edit siddhi app. When the app is restarted, new cm is created and old one is not cleared up.
