Version 1.7

I'm currently working on versions 1.7 and 2.0 in parallell.

Internally they will rely on the same code, but 2.0 will require breaking changes in the public interface. Version 1.7 will (probably) be the last minor in 1.x scope.

New features

• Client connect() will be made public, allowing manually starting a connection. As before, reading or writing will automatically trigger connecting.
• Client getHandshakeResponse() is a new method that will provide the server handshake response as a Psr\Http\Message\ResponseInterface.
• send() will accept Message instance as payload (payload as string still supported).

Other changes

• Using managed streams internally.
• Unit test rewrite.
