[Feature Request] Add option to ignore own username

When the settings options are being added, it would be great to have a option that this plugin will get every username from the summoners but will ignore the username from the user using the plugin right now.

So instead of getting every username it will ignore your username.

Example:

• Player 1
• Player 2
• Player 3 (Me which will not be displayed as the user enabled the option to ignore its own username)
• Player 4
• Player 5

So it will just display like that:

• Player 1
• Player 2
• Player 4
• Player 5
