I am Ajay Dwivedi working from Hyderabad India.

I have been working on below open source projects -

SQLDBATools: PowerShell module to automate common DBA tasks and advanced alert setup.

MetaDataSync: PowerShell module to synchronize everything from Primary/Principal replicas to Secondary/Mirror/DR replicas in Always On/Mirror setup.

SQLDBA-SSMS-Solution: TSQL/PowerShell script for day-to-day DBA support work.

SQLMonitor: Automation to baseline SQL Server using TSQL, PowerShell, Perfmon & Grafana

Credential Manager: Infra that provides storage/retrieval functionality similar to Windows Credential Manager. This is very helpful in an environment where a proper vault/credential management software is not present.

If you sponsor for above projects, you would be helping a lot of SQL Server professionals out there waiting for open source monitoring & alerting tools like the above. This would help me spend more personal time on above projects without worrying financially. Also, with external funds, I get the flexibility to hire couple of developers to work along with me.
