Version issue with ashr_2.1-25

Hi there,

I was looking to use vashr, but am running into a version problem with ashr and I think it was when comppostprob was changed to comp_postprob, which take different parameters. I tried to trouble-shoot a couple of things in vash.R but could you let me know for:

 postpi.se[completeobs,] = t(comppostprob(mix.fit$g,rep(numeric(0),n),sehat[completeobs],df))

What would be the equivalent call to comp_postprob? Further details are provided in the original issue:
