[STU-184] [Craft 4] Automatically created redirects after changing slugs don't work

A new redirect is created with as Old path for example /test. However, the url is domain.com/en/test therefore the redirect is not triggered. The baseUrl is set to domain.com/en
After changing the redirect Old path to /en/test, it works.
