[bug] Post cannot be read if there’s a post of a blocked instance in the thread

A 「Search」 in the client for https://circumstances.run/@davidgerard/112639084548848466 failed because:

Apparently, the mere presence of a status on a blocked instance suffices so toots can no longer be read.

This is related to #2011 but worse.

The above was actually in 0.17 during your winter holidays. I’ve since upgraded to a snapshot, in which the error does not show up any more in the log, but the post still is unavailable to the client.
