[bug/frontend] Unsaved settings lost when navigating

Describe the bug with a clear and concise description of what the bug is. Please include screenshots of any visual issues.

When making a change in the Settings UI, if the user switches to another section before saving the changes, there is no warning about the unsaved changes, which get reverted silently. Some sort of "You have unsaved changes - are you sure you want to discard them?" dialog would be helpful here.

This is especially an issue on the longer pages, like the profile, and on pages with multiple save buttons, like the one that has both post settings and interaction policies.
