Scaffold for Daemons/Services

Daemons and services are tricky areas which need some knowledge of the underlying platforms. cbt's philosophy as a command-driven build-tool puts it in a better position (in the build tools category) to generate the necessary boilerplate(s) so that end developers can instead focus on writing business/application logic.

Some inspirations that we can use to scaffold demons and services (will be continuously updated):
