Hey I want to make Task planing app _flutter , with Good UI

Which contains User Sign In , Sign up with firebase authentication , firebase as backend; and all crud operations !!!

User can plan their tasks like todo , and he can edit , delete , update and create .

Each user has their own tasks to do that's why after user logged in he will get his existed tasks if any from the firebase backend , if not he can create and plan his tasks and also edit , update .

Can you assign this to me , I am interested to contribute myself in hacktoberfest_23 : )

In the hacktoberfest_23 website it is showing that this repo is excluded or against the rules of hacktoberfest_23 can you please change and maintain the repo according to the rules of hacktoberfest
