[Test Infra] Go through files taken from tt-metal and other projects

Once main functionality of test infra is reached We should go through all files taken from other projects and remove what is not needed. For example tensix_types.h is very similar for both WH and BH. Same is for few more files. We should try to reduce number of helper files to minimum.
