Update TT-Studio App to enable the following:

Navbar needs to allow chatui page / models page to be enabled when deployed
when deployed hit deployed home view and not model selection steps page
Chat Page Header needs to be updated to show lamma model
Fix Logic of allowing messages to be POST'ed to either cloud model and or the deployed model
