When we can collect ETH harvesting mask, see whether we need shuffle for the harvesting mask, same as for tensix harvesting mask. For reference, #369

Representation of the harvesting mask from silicon is already in order, meaning that bit 0 is for channel 0, bit 1 for channel 1 and so on... so no need to shuffle the mask that we get from silicon
