Cant login to control panel

After installing it I try to login with my administrator account and I get the error "Warning: mkdir (): No such file or directory" - "Warning: fopen (session / franco / 180114-105011.SESS): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in"

hello please change your chmod to 777 change the directory permission will resolve the issue. if you have any issue or problem related to petrofds feel free to contact at fdssupport@thepetronics.com

Hello team, I was able to install without problems, but during the installation process the administrator's credentials are not registered. however once inside the portal, I can register new users / clients and able to log in.... but I cannot login as admin. any clue how to do?
