Images in answers are flickering in some browsers

I have multiple answers each including a picture in a quiz.

The images in the presented answer buttons during the quiz are flickering in multiple browsers.

Today in class it happened in Microsoft Edge (no idea which version) and on my system I can reproduce this behavior with chromium (Version 130.0.6723.116 (Official Build) Arch Linux (64-bit)).

Firefox (132.0.1 (64-bit)) on my System does not have this problem.
