Not sure a docker image will help you here, seems like your distro is missing the usb serial driver for the led. I'm not sure what the first error is about (fontconfig). I've only tested this on latest ubuntu. not saying you won't be able to get this working, but unfortunately, unless someone else got it working on this specific distro, you will be on your own.
